Only three more Mondays remain for someone to dislodge the Cleveland Cavaliers from the top spot in ESPN.com's weekly NBA Power Rankings.

There was little change in the top 10 since last Monday, as the Cavs -- 6½ games ahead of No. 2 Orlando in the East, with 11 games left on their schedule -- retained the No. 1 overall ranking for the 10th time in a span of 13 weeks.

The Lakers' fresh injury woes prevented them from rising out of the No. 3 spot, leaving Milwaukee (up from No. 8 to No. 6 after a stunning win in Denver on the second night of a back-to-back) and Boston (up from No. 15 to No. 11 after scoring its most impressive win since Christmas in Dallas) as the most notable upward movers in this week's batch.
