A new No. 1 in ESPN.com's weekly NBA Power Rankings.

The Celtics have nudged past the Lakers with a 10-game winning streak, ending L.A.'s three-week stay in the top slot. Other prominent upward movers include Utah (rising from No. 10 to a season-high No. 7) and three midrange teams: Detroit (No. 20 to No. 15), Memphis (No. 21 to No. 16) and the long-suffering New York Knicks (No. 23 to No. 18).
