Brett Brown was asked about how he'd cut down turnovers in Game 5 after the Sixers had 26 turnovers in Game 4: "You can walk it up the floor and you can have your two best players (Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons) play slow and conservative and we're not doing it."

Brett Brown, discussing Joel Embiid's 7 turnovers in Game 4, says his offense is ahead of his defense at the moment. "The difference of Joel offensively versus Joel Embiid defensively is night and day. He is unbelievable at the rim. At the fourth period (in Game 4) he was spectacular at the rim. That's energy, it's activity. It's just a committed, physical aggressive player. Those qualities don't equal a poised offensive player, it's not his fault," Brown said of Embiid's turnovers.

Joel Embiid received some playoff advice from NBA champion Draymond Green: "Draymond texted me after the first game when we blew Miami about and he basically told me that it's not going to be the same in Game 2. (Miami) came back and they won that game."

Joel Embiid on wearing his mask: "It's just annoying, it's just weird... But it can't be an excuse, I have to get used to it. Like I said before, that's the only way I can be on the court so I just have to do it."

Ian Begley ESPN Staff Writer

Robert Covington on what he's learned about the Sixers in the playoffs: "Just seeing how everybody has maintained everything, stuck with each other, had each other's back, held each other up, that just shows this team is more than just a young team."

Ian Begley ESPN Staff Writer

Robert Covington says his teammates will have to maintain composure in Game 5 if Miami tries to rattle them with physical play. It's "about maintaining our composure because any little thing could spark anything so (we need to maintain) our focus and stay locked in."
