Courtney Lee's free-throw streak is halted at 52. That's a franchise record. He's also tied with Stephen Curry for the highest steak in the NBA this season. Knicks, by the way, led by 10 in the second quarter and are now down 13 late in the 3rd.

Carmelo Anthony on Paul George not making the All-Star team, as well as his own All-Star streak coming to an end: "Coming here I knew this would be a sacrifice, a full sacrifice for me not a half sacrifice and this is part of that sacrifice."

Lakers controlling owner Jeanie Buss emphatically said Luke Walton will be "the Lakers coach, period." When asked by ESPN's Cassidy Hubbarth on "Buckets" if Walton will remain the coach through the regular season, free agency and the summer, Buss replied, "Absolutely. Luke Walton is the Lakers coach, period. There's no worrying about it, there's no speculation. He's done a terrific job. He is somebody that the entire front office, the organization is behind."

Knicks have benefitted from Golden State missing some open threes early on. The Warriors are just 2-for-13 from beyond the arc and trail by five early in the second quarter. Feels like the Knicks needed to take advantage of this cold steak more than they did.

Russell Westbrook called it "outrageous" that Paul George was not named to the All-Star team.
