The Warriors lead the Spurs 22-20 after 1Q. San Antonio has proven it's not just going to lay down and let Golden State advance easily. The Spurs are shooting just 32 percent from the floor, but 33.3 percent from range. Their 3 turnovers have led to 4 points by the Warriors, which are struggling from deep (1 of 7). The fact that San Antonio got up 9 3-pointers in the opening quarter is somewhat of a victory for the Spurs.

Win or lose, the Spurs plan on spending the night and going out after the game for a big team dinner. The site of the dinner is yet to be determined. But the team's flight out of the Bay Area isn't until Noon on Wednesday. The Spurs are known for epic team dinners on the road, but this one no doubt will feel different for the the squad with head coach Gregg Popovich not on the trip.
