Phil Jackson didn't rule out the possibility of the Knicks trading their two second-round picks (44 & 58) for a higher pick. Members of the organization are high on Xavier's Edmund Summer and Villanova's Josh Hart, per sources. Also on their radar in the second round, among other players, are Deonte Burton, Kennedy Meeks and Nigel Williams-Goss, sources say.

Orlando has traded the 35th overall pick to Memphis for a future second-round pick, source told ESPN.

With the No. 23 overall pick, the Raptors selected OG Anunoby (F, Indiana). The only other time the Raptors picked this late in the first round was last year, when they drafted Pascal Siakam 27th overall. Siakam went on to start 38 games as a rookie.

Boston Celtics coach Brad Stevens said Isaiah Thomas is feeling better but decision on next step in rehab from hip injury is still a couple weeks away. Said Stevens: "[Thomas is] doing some rehab work out there with his people in Seattle. … He has his follow-up appointment here in a couple of weeks to determine next course of action. And nothing's determined after that. He hasn't done a lot, physically, and will be off his feet until that next appointment, or won't be doing any basketball."

With the No. 21 overall pick, the Thunder selected Terrance Ferguson, who bypassed college to play professionally in Australia. Oklahoma City has had mixed results selecting in the 20s. They landed Serge Ibaka at 24 back in 2008 and Reggie Jackson at 24 in 2011, but their last four picks in this range have been Mitch McGary, Josh Huestis, Archie Goodwin and Perry Jones.
