Paul George had a nasty ankle-breaking crossover tonight, but couldn't hit the jumper. Is it harder to hit the jumper after breaking ankles because you start having visions of a highlight?

Russell Westbrook asked what he needs to adjust on his finishing at the rim: "Nothing. Just got to concentrate, but it's getting there. Just gotta get my s--- back, but I'll be fine." Westbrook missed a number of layups inside against the Clippers, going 1-13 on 2-pointers and 3-4 on 3-pointers.

Another rough shooting night for Westbrook, who was 1-13 on 2-pointers and 3-4 on 3-pointers, but he did a lot of really good other things. Ran solid offense and brought a ton of defensive energy, playing an extremely disruptive game. He missed a handful of layups that were odd, but did knock down a critical midrange jumper in the fourth, his only 2-point make of the night.

Westbrook has had some things not go his way — some self-inflicted, some just bad luck — but on the second night of a back-to-back he's playing his tail off. He's flirting with a triple-double, without the points, and just completely laid out in the open court trying to force his seventh steal.

A strange first half for Russell Westbrook, who didn't score until two minutes left, finally hitting an open 3 after missing his first seven shots. He hasn't quite looked himself lately, struggling to find offensive rhythm, primarily with his shooting.

After a whistle where OKC was called for a defensive three seconds, the arena went very quiet and Russell Westbrook stood up from the bench and screamed across the court, "Yo! Wake the f—- up!" Pretty sure people on the concourse in the upper deck could've heard it.
