With Isaiah Thomas in the locker room presumably seeing if his tooth can be put back in his mouth, Celtics have cut what was once a 17-point deficit to just 3. Marcus Smart has been huge for Boston.

Marcin Gortat has played better in the first quarter against Boston than he did in his previous four games against Atlanta. Not only did he set a physical tone for Washington with his screens and early rebounding inside, Gortat made four shots and had nine points. He made a total of four field goals (4-18) and scored a combined 11 points in the last four games of the first round.

ESPN Stats and Information

It's win or go home for the Clippers and the Jazz in Sunday's Game 7. ESPN's BPI gives the Clippers a better chance of coming away with a victory and advancing to play the Warriors in the second round. ( 3 p.m. ET, ABC/WatchESPN)

The Wizards had their way inside the paint, getting off the majority of their early shots inside cleanly. They made an effort to move the ball and probe inside first on several possessions, outscoring Boston 14-2 in points in the paint to start the game with a 22-5 run.

We are midway through the first quarter and the Celtics finally got their first rebound.

Ohm Youngmisuk ESPN Staff Writer

Marcin Gortat has his finger prints all over the Wizards' 9-0 start to the game. He scored the first basket inside, grabbed an offensive rebound, delivered a screen that freed Bradley Beal for a 3-pointer and then delivered a give-and-go assist to Beal for a layup. Gortat may feel a lot more comfortable this series going against Al Horford than the physical and bigger Dwight Howard.

ESPN Stats and Information

Doc Rivers' six wins is Game 7's puts him in the company of some NBA coaching legends.

ESPN Stats and Information

Heading into Sunday's Game 7, the Clippers have had the lead for just one more minute of game time than the Jazz in their first-round series.

ESPN Stats and Information
