Noah signed a 4-year $72 million deal with the Knicks over the summer and has been hurt or performed below expectations for much of the season. He's missed games throughout the season due to a knee ailment. The Vertical reported reported that he Noah likely to undergo knee surgery that will end his season.

Deron Williams was not with the Cavs yet as of Monday's shootaround. Kyle Korver, his teammate for three years in Utah, said Williams will be welcomed in Cleveland. "I really think it's an incredible fit," Korver said. "Deron's someone who can play with the ball, he can get us into sets, he's obviously been a great point guard for a lot of years."

Chasson Randle is expected to be a available for the Knicks tonight against the Raptors, per a source. Randle and guard Ron Baker will compete for minutes at backup point guard behind Derrick Rose. Jeff Hornacek and the coaching staff have been impressed by Baker. Randle played well in the club's offense in the preseason.

The Knicks looked to move Brandon Jennings at the trade deadline at his request, per a source. His release will allow him to sign with a playoff contender and also removes his cap hold this summer, freeing up more than $5 million in cap space. Jennings, one of Phil Jackson's big signings over the summer, wanted to play for a contender, according to The Undefeated's Marc Spears.

Guard Chasson Randle is expected to sign with the Knicks later today, replacing Brandon Jennings on the roster, according to a source. Randle will sign for the rest of the season and is expected to have a partial guarantee for next season. Randle played well for the Knicks in the preseason but the team waived him after he suffered a broken orbital bone shortly before the regular season. His agreement was first reported by The Vertical.
