Spurs go up 77-73 at end of the third, thanks to a big three-pointer from Manu Ginobili. Kawhi Leonard picked up his fifth foul with 7:13 left in the third quarter, and the Spurs have fought hard to not only stay in it, but take the lead. LaMarcus Aldridge has 10 rebounds, followed by Dewayne Dedmon and Pau Gasol with 9 apiece.
