Knicks GM Steve Mills was among dozens of NBA executives on to watch Kentucky guard Malik Monk work out today at his agency's pro workout day in New York, per sources. Members of the Knicks organization have been enamored with Monk but it would surprise Draft observers if Monk is available when the Knicks pick at 8. The Knicks are likely considering several options with the No. 8 pick. Included among those options are Monk, French guard Frank Ntilikina, Kentucky's De'Aaron Fox and N.C. State's Dennis Smith Jr., per sources. Phil Jackson was not on hand today, per a source, though not many team presidents were in attendance. Many of Excel's draft prospects, including Harry Giles, worked out in front of execs.
