David Fizdale doesn't have a timetable on when Frank Ntilikina may return after he re-aggravated his groin injury on Sunday. “I know it was a tough blow to the kid the other night.” Ntilikina was out since mid-January with a groin injury, returned Friday and re-injured it vs. LAC.

Earlier this month, Mario Hezonja posted an ‘appreciation' tweet for Carmelo Anthony as a scorer. Here's Hezonja on his impressions of Anthony, who he believes will be back in the NBA next season (3/3): “There's a lot of people trying to shut him down. There's a lot of people saying that he cannot fit. That type of player cannot fit on any team at any time at whatever position you want. He's just that good. But there's a lot of politics.. it's just unfortunate that he's not in the league but I truly believe that he's going to be on a team next year because he can help. Regardless of his years, regardless of whatever he has, he's that good."

Earlier this month, Mario Hezonja posted an ‘appreciation' tweet for Carmelo Anthony as a scorer. Here's Hezonja on his impressions of Anthony, who he believes will be back in the NBA next season (2/3): “What I've seen from him, that's the player that you aim to be (as a forward). That's just for me. It's amazing. There's not a single thing he can't do and he does them all at a high level. It's an appreciation post for him because I've been admiring him since I was a kid. But it's real.”

Earlier this month, Mario Hezonja posted an ‘appreciation' tweet for Carmelo Anthony as a scorer. Here's Hezonja on his impressions of Anthony, who he believes will be back in the NBA next season (1/3): “What I've seen from Melo playing against us in Orlando, it's just like, ‘Wow.' The most polished game after Kobe Bryant. The most beautiful arsenal. The most beautiful game. As I mentioned in my tweet, he had it all. I believe he's a Hall of Famer,” said Hezonja, who called Anthony ‘the toughest player to guard' in his tweet.

The Knicks are on the verge of finishing with the worst record in franchise history and have one of the NBA's worst defenses. They are giving major minutes to several young players, so how much blame David Fizdale should shoulder for the poor result this season is up for debate and depends on your expectations for the roster. Fizdale has commended his team for focusing on daily improvement amid the losses. "Despite the losing, this has been one of the most professional groups that I've been around. To say that about the youngest team in the league, I'm really proud of that."

Clippers coach Doc Rivers on NYK coach David Fizdale (3/3): "And it's really hard on the veterans that are on the team. I found that to be very difficult because the practices, you spend a lot of time teaching stuff that they know already so they're over it. But you have to. And then you spend time during games leaving in because they don't know and you have to let them learn. So that's a tough job. I think Fiz has done a heck of a job."

Clippers coach Doc Rivers on NYK coach David Fizdale (2/3): "That's a hard job because you're teaching and you're not necessarily winning. But it pays dividends later. Some of those guys turn into pieces to help you win. Some of those guys turn into pieces that you use. But either way, you have to develop. Developing is hard."

Clippers coach Doc Rivers on NYK coach David Fizdale (1/3): "I think he's done a remarkable job. He's had a tough job. I've been in that position. You have a bunch of young guys. I had four high school guys one year, or three high school guys, in Boston. That's hard." Rivers coached young teams in Boston before the Cs acquired Ray Allen and Kevin Garnett.
