Hoosiers' OG Anunoby to enter draft, hire agent

Indiana sophomore OG Anunoby will forgo his final two seasons of college eligibility, declaring for the NBA draft and signing with an agent, multiple sources told ESPN.

The 6-foot-8 Anunoby averaged 11.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game this past season and is considered a likely first-round pick even though he missed the second half of the season after injuring his right knee.

Indiana was 10-6 with Anunoby in the lineup -- including wins over national champion North Carolina and Kansas. The Hoosiers were 8-10 without Anunoby.

Multiple NBA executives told ESPN that Anunoby is expected to be taken somewhere in the first round because of his size, athleticism, ability to defend multiple positions and his improving offensive game. He is No. 15 in Chad Ford's Top 100 draft rankings.

New Indiana coach Archie Miller could also lose James Blackmon Jr. and Thomas Bryant to the NBA draft. Both players have yet to make decisions whether to declare for the draft.
