Brandon Ingram out at least 2 more games with strained groin

LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles Lakers forward Brandon Ingram remains out for at least the next two games with a strained left groin.

Ingram was evaluated by the team medical staff on Sunday night. The Lakers say that he is progressing and will be re-evaluated on Thursday.

Ingram missed his fifth straight game on Sunday against the Cleveland Cavaliers after suffering the injury on March 1 at Miami.

Ingram is averaging 16.2 points, 5.4 rebounds and 3.9 assists.

Kyle Kuzma has started in place of Ingram, who will miss the next two games against Denver on Tuesday and at Golden State on Wednesday.
