Isaiah Thomas didn't register his first field goal until 42.6 seconds remaining in the first half. Avery Bradley (17 points) picked up the scoring slack. Halftime: Boston 52, Chicago 50.

Isaiah Thomas has just one field goal at the half -- and the Celtics lead 52-50. Avery Bradley with 17 at the break.

In 10 minutes of action, Isaiah Cannan has not attempted a shot. He has showed solid effort in trying to stay in front of Isaiah Thomas, but the Bulls need something offensively from Canaan if they are going to win.

Celtics ended the first quarter on an 11-2 run, including outscoring the Bulls by six after Isaiah Thomas went to the bench. Chicago led by as much as eight but Boston up 23-20 after 12 minutes.

Celtics couldn't make a 3 early in the quarter, but Avery Bradley gives them spark on both ends. So underrated. Boston leads after first despite going 3-12 from deep.

So, like I said, it ain't hard to find me. And you heard him, he said, ‘I don't think Marcus Smart's about that life?' Last time I checked, if you're going to say somebody ain't about that life, you should know, right?"
