In an all-SEC Elite Eight at MSG (2:20 p.m. ET), ESPN's BPI heavily favors Florida against South Carolina. The SEC has won an NCAA tournament-best 10 games. South Carolina seeks its first Final Four berth in school history while Florida goes for its first appearance since 2014.

ESPN's BPI favors North Carolina in a rematch over Kentucky in the Elite Eight (5:05 p.m. ET). Malik Monk scored 47 points in the Wildcats' 103-100 win over the Tar Heels on Dec. 17. No schools have more Final Four appearances than UNC (19) and UK (17).

Michigan State coach Tom Izzo, the Dean of Big Ten coaches, offered this reaction to the hiring of Archie Miller at Indiana: "I was personally sad to lose Tom Crean but I have always watched and respected the job Archie has done as an assistant and then the head coach at Dayton. This league has some of the best coaches in the country and it will be another great addition,"

No. 1 seed Kansas was eliminated from the NCAA tournament Saturday night in the Elite Eight. It's the seventh Bill Self team to enter the Big Dance as a No. 1 seed but fall before reaching the Final Four.

Kansas head coach Bill Self has reached double digits when it comes to upset losses in the NCAA tournament. The No. 1 seed Jayhawks fell to No. 3 seed Oregon 74-60 on Saturday night.

Like the 1972 Dolphins, the 2008 Final Four remains the only "perfect" bracket in which all the No. 1 seeds advanced. The most we can have now is two -- Gonzaga and perhaps North Carolina.
