UCLA guard Lonzo Ball re-entered game after apparently landing on Isaac Hamilton's foot. He was holding his right ankle when he was on the bench. Ball didn't look like he was going full speed when he did play the last minute-plus and it could only get worse if being inactive during halftime causes his ankle to tighten up.

UCLA opening it up now, Sun Devils just look tired. Bobby Hurley hasn't gone to his (albeit limited) bench yet. Arizona State starters all average more than 30 minutes per game

UCLA size advantage over Arizona State is almost unfair. TJ Leaf with 10 of team's first 14 points. Bruins already with 6 offensive rebounds -- Sun Devils have just six total -- and 8 second chance points. It's compensated for UCLA otherwise going through the motions (5 turnovers) looking ahead to showdown with Arizona

Thought Alabama had a shot at an at-large if it ran the table to finish the season. Loss at home to Georgia not gonna do it. What a final stretch for JJ Frazier.

This just might be Mick Cronin's best team in his 11 seasons at Cincinnati. Bearcats not as limited offensively as they've been in the recent past, but still play lock down defense

I've had a lot of stuff yelled at me and responded a few times but what was Rick Pitino going do if he got to the heckler? Really.

ESPN Stats and Information

Syracuse is currently the 1st team out if you seed the tournament according to Strength of Record which is a measure of who "deserves" to be in the tournament as things currently stand. Their Strength of Schedule is 31st, not too bad, but for comparison, TCU's SOS is 32nd and they are 17-11 while Syracuse is 17-12. TCU is the last at-large deserving according to SOR. That one extra loss is the difference.
