Rutgers lost its first 23 conference road games as a member of the Big Ten before, finally, the Scarlet Knights won at Penn State on Saturday, 70-68. Tonight Steve Pikiell's men played another close game on the road, only to fall at Ohio State 70-64. No loss is good news, but all in all it's been an encouraging few days for Rutgers.
