Watching Michigan, I'm reminded of UConn's incredible run in 2011. Those Huskies won 11 (that's e-l-e-v-e-n!!) straight elimination games in the Big East and NCAA tournaments. This would be seven in a row for the Wolverines if they pull it out.

The momentum swings continue between Cincinnati and UConn. The Huskies have chipped away at the lead for much of the second half, getting it down to as little as 4 points. Then Troy Caupain and Jacob Evans hit back-to-back 3-pointers to bring the Cincinnati lead back up again. It should be a fun final four minutes to decide who will play SMU in the tournament finals Sunday.

Throughout the entire first half, the Bearcats were able to answer with a basket to swing the momentum back. Now, early in the second half, UConn has been able to put a string of baskets and defensive stops together to cut its deficit to five.

Ten fouls have been called in the first eight minutes of UConn-Cincinnati. The referees have shown they're not going to let a lot of physicality go uncalled between these two teams.
