Hartford has released Pancake Thomas, allowing the scoring guard to transfer wherever he wants for his fifth season. Hartford coach John Gallagher released a statement saying: "Our biggest priority for Cleveland was that he graduate from the University of Hartford with a valuable degree. That happened. Beyond wishing him the very best, we don't comment on other program's players. We are very excited about our group and the upcoming season."

No. 2 seed goes down in America East

Albany (NY) pulls away from Hartford 75-59

Pancake Thomas scored 23 points and grabbed eight rebounds to lead Hartford to an 82-74 win over Maine on Wednesday night.


Maine beats Hartford 105-100 in overtime

Aaron Calixte scored 23 points and Till Gloger 22, both career highs, and Maine rallied from a seven-point deficit in overtime to beat Hartford 105-100 on Wednesday night.


Hartford stops a late rally, beats UMBC 98-87

Jalen Ross came off the bench and scored a career-high 27 points and Justin Graham added 14 -- with a key 3-pointer -- as Hartford defeated Maryland-Baltimore County 98-87 on Thursday night.
