Justin Blackmon

Wide receiver | Oklahoma State

Justin Blackmon was the country's best big-play weapon and most consistent receiver while leading the Cowboys to their first 10-win regular season. The sophomore won the Biletnikoff Award as the country's best receiver after catching 102 passes for 1,665 yards with 18 touchdowns.

He led the country with 151.4 receiving yards per game and became the first FBS player to have at least 100 receiving yards and one touchdown catch in 11 consecutive games.

Blackmon needs eight receiving yards in the Pokes' bowl game to break former Pittsburgh star Larry Fitzgerald's NCAA record for receiving yards by a sophomore. -- Mark Schlabach
