Boren, who started his college career at Michigan, helped the Buckeyes end their 0-9 drought against SEC teams in a 31-26 victory over Arkansas in the Allstate Sugar Bowl on Jan. 4.

With Boren, guard Bryant Browning and center Mike Brewster dominating the line of scrimmage, the Buckeyes gained 446 yards of offense, including 225 rushing yards.

The Razorbacks went into the Sugar Bowl ranked in the top 15 nationally in sacks and tackles for loss, but couldn't sack quarterback Terrelle Pryor, who passed for 221 yards with two touchdowns and also ran for 115 yards.
