22. Corey Moore

Defensive end | Virginia Tech

A freshman quarterback named Michael Vick helped Virginia Tech reach the 1999 national championship game. The Hokies wouldn't have finished that regular season with an 11-0 record without Moore, who overmatched opponents with his speed and ferocious pass-rushing skills.

Moore won the Nagurski Award as the country's top defender and the Outland Trophy as the best lineman. He set a Big East record with 17 sacks in 1999 and finished his career with 35, third most in school history.

He was drafted in the third round of the 2000 NFL draft by the Buffalo Bills, but played in only 10 games in parts of two pro seasons.
