AC/DC is an Australian rock band whose members might have a hard time locating Iowa on a map. But the band's classic hit "Back in Black" has become a staple at every Iowa Hawkeyes home game.
Before the team hits the field, the Kinnick Stadium video board shows the players walking down the tunnel from their locker room -- in their black jersey tops, naturally -- while the monster guitar riffs stoke the crowd. Instead of racing onto the field, though, the players jog out with hands intertwined, captains at the front of the crowd. It's called "The Swarm," which Hayden Fry introduced in 1979 as a sign of unity. We assume AC/DC approves. -- Brian Bennett
