COLUMBIA, Mo. -- Oklahoma defensive back Quinton Carter was taken to the locker room shortly after being hurt on a hard hit that separated Missouri's T.J. Moe from the ball on an incomplete pass.
Carter returned in the fourth quarter of the Sooners' 36-27 loss to Missouri on Saturday night.
Carter was down for several minutes after the play, ruled a fumble but overturned on replay late in the third quarter. The senior was surrounded by medical personnel on the sideline before walking to the locker room.
