I would fully expect former Cal coach Jeff Tedford to be the leading candidate at Fresno State. Tedford is looking to lead a program again and Fresno is an ideal spot for him, as he played and coaches there. There could be other candidates, but this search almost for sure will start with Tedford.

Just last year, Stanford was the top Power 5 offense in the nation -- by a wide margin -- when it came to offensive points per drive (3.58). This year, Washington leads the nation with 3.88 points per drive. The Cardinal have tumbled all the way down to 1.56 OPD.
