With that 25-yard TD catch by Christian Kirk the Aggies now lead 14-13. That's the first lead Alabama has relinquished all season. It only took seven and a half games

ESPN Stats and Information

Nebraska's Tommy Armstrong, Jr. has his fifth game this season with at least one passing touchdown and one rushing touchdown, tied for second-most in the FBS (Lamar Jackson, seven).

Middle Tennessee is ruining homecoming

Richie James catches the pass and splits the defense for a 56-yard TD run. The Blue Raiders lead Missouri 27-21 on SEC Network.

Tar Heels in control in Charlottesville

T.J. Logan runs for a 5-yard TD to give No. 22 North Carolina a 28-7 lead over Virginia in "the South's Oldest Rivalry."

Last season, Gary Patterson switched shirts at halftime and Oregon overcome a 31-0 deficit to stun Oregon in the Alamo Bowl. He's trying it again today against West Virginia, switching from black to purple after falling behind 21-10.

And just like that, Texas A&M takes a 14-13 lead. Trevor Knight found Christian Kirk for the 25-yard TD.

Entering today, Alabama is 100-6 under Nick Saban when leading at the half. Alabama is up 13-7 on the Aggies and has held a halftime lead in 18 of its last 23 games, including seven of the first eight games of the 2016 season.

North Carolina has hit its stride on offense, scoring touchdowns on consecutive drives in the third quarter to take a 28-7 lead on Virginia. The Tar Heels started a revamped offensive line because of injuries to multiple starters, but Elijah Hood already has over 100 yards rushing and Mitch Trubisky has had plenty of time to throw.

Greg Ostendorf ESPN Staff Writer

There are a couple NFL scouts on the field checking out Carl Lawson and Montravius Adams before the game. Both helped their NFL stock by returning to Auburn this year.

Nick Saban at halftime: "Well, we dominated the game in lots of ways and didn't get enough points, didn't take advantage of the points we had opportunities to get in the red zone, ended up kicking too many field goals and missed one. Then we turned the ball over and they scored. Didn't play very well on defense on that drive, so it's going to be a tough game. We knew it was going to be a tough game. We're going to have to play better as a team."

Tar Heels extend lead over Virginia

Mitch Trubisky throws a strike to a wide open Thomas Jackson to give No. 22 North Carolina a 21-7 lead over Virginia.

West Virginia WR makes backhanded catch

Jovon Durante makes an unbelievable catch in front of two TCU defenders to keep the ball from hitting the ground.

Middle Tennessee recovers crazy fumble

Barely holding on to a 21-20 lead over Middle Tennessee, Missouri fumbles on a bizarre play near the 15-yard line. The ball bounces around and lands in the end zone, where the Blue Raiders jump on it for the touchback.

Adam Rittenberg ESPN Staff Writer

West Virginia only out-gained TCU by eight yards (215-207) in the first half and ran seven fewer plays than the Frogs, who held the ball for 18:07. The difference? WVU was more disciplined, winning the turnover battle 2-0 and committing two fewer penalties. Both teams are running the ball successfully with Kyle Hicks (TCU, 77 yards) and Rushel Shell (WVU, 59 yards). TCU's pressuring defense has produced two sacks and five tackles for loss.

No. 20 WMU going back-and-forth with rival

Eastern Michigan QB Brogan Roback throws a 29-yard TD pass to Antoine Porter. Unbeaten Western Michigan responded with a quick score on their next possession and have a 24-17 lead at halftime.

Edward Aschoff ESPN Staff Writer

Nick Saban can't be happy about the lack of execution by his offense on the Aggies' side of the field. Alabama is winning the yards race 303-150 but leads just 13-7. The defense is doing its part as the Aggies entered the game as the only FBS team to have at least 200 yards in every half this season. Fifty yards off that mark here against Alabama

Alex Scarborough ESPN Staff Writer

Two made field goals are nice, but one touchdown in four red zone trips could come back to bite Alabama. The Tide controlled the game for most of the half, but only have a 13-7 lead over Texas A&M to show for it.

Greg Ostendorf ESPN Staff Writer

Bret Bielema looks loose pregame here at Auburn. Including today, 23 of his 46 games at Arkansas have been against ranked teams. "To hear that number is ‘woe is me,'" Bielema said earlier this week. "But when you are involved in it, you rarely think about it."

ESPN Stats and Information

This is the fifth consecutive game Stanford has failed to score a touchdown in the first half. The Cardinal have been outscored 64-9 in the first half of their last five games (34-6 advantage in their first two games).

David Lombardi ESPN Staff Writer

Two Colorado kickers have now missed three field goals, so Colorado only leads Stanford 7-3 despite out-gaining the Cardinal 313-175.

Purdue trailed No. 8 Nebraska by a touchdown only 16 seconds into the game after a disastrous start that included an interception on a halfback pass. But the Boilermakers have put together a stunning turnaround to take a 14-10 halftime lead in Lincoln under interim coach Gerad Parker. QB David Blough has thrown for 231 yards and two touchdowns. Meanwhile, Nebraska has been held to 168 yards of total offense. Nebraska has a big game next week against Wisconsin but can't look ahead just yet.

David Lombardi ESPN Staff Writer

Phillip Lindsay has 12 carries for 131 yards (10.9 per carry) yet Colorado has only scored 7 points.

Kyle Bonagura ESPN Staff Writer

Utah allowed 21 first-quarter points to UCLA. Prior to this game, Utah had not allowed 21 points in a half this season and the Bruins had scored more than 21 points in just one of their previous five games.
