Perfect throw on the wheel route from Alex Hornibrook gets Wisconsin on the board. Badgers take advantage of a long interception return to tie the score 7-7. They've been nothing if not opportunistic during the last two weeks.

The Nebraska offense gathered to watch trainers tend to standout receiver Jordan Westerkamp, who appeared to suffer a back injury after making a third-down catch. It's been a difficult day for Westerkamp against Illinois, who may not bounce back as quickly from this as the last issue that caused him to leave the game.

Florida State within one touchdown

FSU RB Jacques Patrick finds the end zone from 18 yards out, but the ball comes loose at the end of the play. It's ruled a TD and we have a one-score game on ESPN.

FSU RB Jacques Patrick. called for holding negating long TD pass then fumbles near the goal line but recovers in end zone. Roller coaster

Illinois is poking holes in the Nebraska defense. Reggie Corbin and Kendrick Foster have both enjoyed success running the ball -- and the Huskers have turned it over in Illini territory on their past two possessions. Lovie Smith's team leads 16-10 in Lincoln, halfway through the third quarter. Illinois is doing what it takes to produce another surprising victory over Nebraska.

Maryland running all over Purdue

Lorenzo Harrison bursts through the hole untouched for a 62-yard TD run. Unbeaten Maryland leads Purdue 29-0 at halftime. The Terps have a 216-16 rushing edge.

Wilton Speight has used his underrated athleticism to escape several would-be sacks today. His QB tutor, Steve Clarkson, likes to compare him to Ben Roethlissberger because of the way he uses his big body. It's showing today.

A big reason Cal opened this game as favorites over No. 18 Utah: Chad Hansen, who leads the nation with 50 catches.

Sharon Katz ESPN Analytics

At the half, Tennessee has a 28 percent chance to beat Georgia, according to ESPN's win probability model. That marks the third time the Vols entered halftime with less than a 30 percent chance to win this season. Tennessee's first-half struggles come a year after dominating the first 30 minutes of play in 2015 before struggling to hold onto its leads down the stretch.

Kansas State put forth an excellent first-half defensive effort, shutting out West Virginia in the first half (the Mountaineers have averaged 16 points in the first half of their first three games this year). The Wildcats have been particularly effective on third down, holding WVU to 1 conversion on 6 tries as they lead 13-0 as the third quarter begins.

Harbaugh enraged after false start call

Penn State's third-down woes continue, as it enters halftime having failed to convert a single one. (It's currently 0-for-7 on third.) The offense just can't seem to string together any kind of drive, and James Franklin opted for a FG on 4th-and-G from the 1. It's kind of big-play-or-bust for PSU, so it needs to get the ball into the hands of Saquon Barkley or DeAndre Thompkins. Minn. leads 13-3.

Dobbs' improvisation gives Vols momentum

Tennessee QB Joshua Dobbs danced around in the pocket when he couldn't find anyone open before diving into the end zone for the Volunteers' first score of the game.
