I've confirmed Tennessee wide receivers coach Zach Azzanni is leaving for the same position with the Chicago Bears. Rivals.com first reported the move. Azzanni had been one of two holdovers from Butch Jones' first staff at Tennessee.

ESPN Jr 300 defensive end Aidan Hutchinson has committed to Michigan. Hutchinson, the No. 94 ranked prospect overall, is the son of former Michigan All-American defensive lineman Chris Hutchinson. The commitment gives the Wolverines three ESPN Jr 300 commitments in the 2018 class.

Kansas QB Montell Cozart announced he'll transfer for his final season of eligibility. He started seven games in 2016 before losing his starting job and made starts in each of his four seasons at KU. He's the third QB to leave the Jayhawks this offseason, joining Ryan Willis and Deondre Ford.

Northwestern expects transfer wide receiver Jalen Brown to report the day after he graduates from Oregon. He will start summer school immediately. Northwestern recruited Brown in high school and Brown reached out to the coaches after Oregon's coaching change.

Alabama has officially announced the hiring of offensive coordinator Brian Daboll and special teams/tight ends coach Joe Pannunzio. With Mike Locksley as co-OC and receivers coach, the staff is set.

USC landed a massive commitment on Sunday as linebacker Palaie Gaoteote announced his pledge to the Trojans. Gaoteote is the nation's No. 1 outside linebacker and No. 41 overall prospect, and held offers from Alabama, Florida State, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, UCLA and others. Ohio State was firmly in the mix as Gaoteote attends Las Vegas Bishop Gorman, which just produced Buckeyes signees Tate Martell and Haskell Garrett. But USC was able to continue adding to its stellar 2018 class, as Gaoteote gives the Trojans their sixth ESPN 300 prospect and third ESPN 300 linebacker. USC now holds commitment from two of the top five and four of the top 12 prospects in the West region.

Following the Under Armour camp in Los Angeles, wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown and defensive back Steve Stephens were invited to the Under Armour All-America Game. Quarterback J.T. Daniels and defensive back and UCLA commit Chris Steele were invited to the Under Armour Future 50. Athlete Braden Lenzy and cornerback Olaijah Griffin (pictured)won the illSPEED challenge.

Cornerback Isaac Taylor-Stuart owns one of the most impressive offer lists in California, with Alabama, LSU, Michigan, Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State, UCLA, USC and other chasing. The nation's No. 108 overall prospect mentioned USC and Washington as two of the schools standing out early.

At the Los Angeles Under Armour Camp, ESPN 300 prospect Adrian Jackson is going through warmups. Jackson holds offers from Nebraska, Ohio State, Oregon, USC, Washington and others, as Colorado hopes to keep the top-ranked player in the state at home.

Clemson DT Scott Pagano will transfer for his final year. Pagano has been a regular contributor the past two seasons and would've likely been the top backup on the Tigers' interior line in 2017. "We all wanted him to stay, but he said he had accomplished everything he wanted to do at Clemson," Dabo Swinney said. "He came here to graduate and win a national championship and he achieved both within the last two months."

Here's a statement from Washington football coach Chris Petersen on Huskies WR coach Bush Hamdan taking a job with the Atlanta Falcons: "Bush Hamdan has been an outstanding member of the Washington Football Program these last two years. Michigan's football program got approval to move forward with a $21 million weight room renovation Thursday. Plans include a 32,000 square foot weight room (the size of two-thirds of a football field) and a 5,000 square foot mezzanine level.

Stanford announced the hiring of Ron Gould as its running backs coach Thursday. Gould spent the past four seasons as head coach at UC Davis after a 16-year tenure on Cal's coaching staff. In his career, Gould has coached C.J. Anderson, Shane Vereen and Marshawn Lynch, Jahvid Best and J.J. Arrington, among others.

The Ingham County prosecutor has asked Michigan State University police for more information before she makes a decision on issuing arrest warrants for members of the school's football team involved in a sexual assault investigation.

Former Miami linebacker Jon Beason has donated $250,000 toward the Hurricanes' proposed indoor practice facility. Miami still needs about $3 million to break ground on the $34 million project. Beason, who spent 10 years in the NFL, isn't the only famous former alum who gave a large donation for the facility. Coach Mark Richt donated $1 million last year.
