The CFP committee has a nice parallel to evaluate: Washington and Penn State both had similar resume building opportunities in league title games versus top 10 teams. The Huskies won their game by 31 points; the Nittany Lions won by 7. Given the fact that Washington was already ranked ahead of Penn State, a flip-flop seems illogical.

The Huskies are at 11%, the best of the group, and looking for the most surefire way to hold onto their No. 4 spot.
