The USM Board of Regents is meeting this morning in Baltimore to discuss the results of an investigation into the culture of Maryland's football program. All 17 of the regents are expected, and all eight of the commission members are either here or on the phone. Commission member Doug Williams of the Redskins is here, sitting in this picture.
