Ex-Ole Miss QB Kelly disinvited to combine

The agents for former Ole Miss quarterback Chad Kelly said the NFL has not provided a reason for the rescinding of his combine invitation and that he might still travel to Indy later this month.

Agent Vance McAllister tells 1270 The Fan in Buffalo that QB Chad Kelly is being "singled out" in having NFL combine invite rescinded and NFL VP Troy Vincent is again "shooting from the hip" with decision. Fellow agent Duray Oubre says the NFL "got it wrong" and this is a "form of discrimination" against Kelly.

One of QB Chad Kelly's agents, Vance McAllister, tells 1270 The Fan in Buffalo that his client has not received any written correspondence from NFL rescinding his NFL combine invite. McAllister said NFL invited Kelly to combine Jan. 6 and had him book flight to combine two weeks ago. McAllister adds NFL VP Troy Vincent has not explained why he was not on invite list today, but Kelly's agents received call from combine saying NFL told them invite would be rescinded.
