SOURCE: Indiana is hiring Nick Sheridan as quarterbacks coach, replacing Shawn Watson, who left to become Pitt's offensive coordinator. Sheridan last month joined Central Michigan as running backs coach, but he will instead come to Indiana. Sheridan worked with new Indiana offensive coordinator Mike DeBord last year at Tennessee as a graduate assistant. An official announcement from Indiana is expected soon.

Rush nears 100 yards in Shrine Game

Central Michigan quarterback Cooper Rush completed 11-of-17 passes for 94 yards during Saturday's East-West Shrine Game in St. Petersburg, Fla. The senior's East team lost 10-3. Box score
