Delle Donne released from UConn scholarship, will play volleyball for Delaware

STORRS, Conn -- Connecticut has officially released Elena Delle Donne from her basketball scholarship, a move that
allowed the former top-rated recruit to play at Delaware.

Delaware has called a news conference for Monday to announce Delle Donne is enrolled and will play volleyball.

Delle Donne announced last week that she would not be playing basketball at Connecticut or enrolling at the school.
