Geno addressing the issue of fewer women coaching the women's game said that is because fewer women want to coach. That they have more opportunities in other areas than they did 30 years ago. He doesn't believe there are a conscious decisions to limit women coaching, but rather the elevation of women in our society and that they have better choices after college than they used to.
