The NBA Last 2 Minute Report says Washington should've been assessed a technical foul for assistant Sidney Lowe being on the floor, something Courtney Lee said affected his decision to take a potential game-tying 3 because he says Lowe shouted out as if he was a help defender in the vicinity with 7.6 seconds left. "WAS assistant coach stands on the floor close to Lee (NYK) for several seconds and should have been assessed a technical foul," the report states. The L2M, though, also states that Lee moved his pivot foot with 5.2 seconds left before driving and should've been called for traveling.
