On the big board pregame it just flashed "Welcome Back Enes Kanter and Doug McDermott." That's a first for former OKC players making their return. The team doesn't do tribute videos, but did a little extra for fan favorite Kanter.

Kind of a playoff-like feel in the arena in OKC tonight. They've got shirts on the seats, lots of media in the building. Got it all, except for the whole two good teams part.

FPI: Near coin flip at the Meadowlands

ESPN's FPI gives the Seahawks a very slight advantage in Sunday's game, the third-tightest matchup of Week 7. The Giants have lost three straight to the Hawks, including two in a row at home.

Ian Begley ESPN Staff Writer

Kristaps Porzingis lists his individual goals in an interview with Players Tribune: "As far as individual goals…I want to make the All Star Game, I want to be Defensive Player of the Year and I also feel like I could be the Most Improved Player of the Year.... If I do those three things then that's going to help the team win a lot." Porzingis added that team success trumps individual goals. The full interview call be found on the Players Tribune website.

It sounds as if coach Ben McAdoo really handed over the play-calling and entrusted Mike Sullivan. Sullivan said there were a "few times" where McAdoo provided in-game feedback or suggestion but overall he was very supportive.

McCown at his best on the 'money down'

Josh McCown is near league average in most metrics this season, but his play on third down has been tremendous. That's not an anomaly, either. Over the past three seasons, McCown ranks second in the NFL in completion percentage and first in yards per attempt on third down (min. 35 attempts).

Eli Apple had a defensive game ball sitting on the stool in front of his locker. Well deserved. I charted 11 targets that produced five catches for 38 yards in Denver.
