NEWARK, N.J. -- Deron Williams has already played his last game in New Jersey.
Williams will miss the Nets' final home game in the Garden State on Monday night with the same sore left calf that has kept him out of his team's previous three contests.
The 27-year-old All-Star point guard, who has said he intends to opt out of his contract at the end of the 2011-12 campaign and become a free agent, won't miss playing in the Prudential Center. In 27 home games this season, Williams shot 40.6 percent from the field an 30.6 percent from 3-point range.
In 55 games for the Nets this season, Williams is averaging team highs of 21 points and 8.7 assists per contest.
Power forward Shelden Williams is also out with a hyperextended right knee.
