Chris Snee suffered concussion

EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Chris Snee suffered a concussion late in the fourth quarter of Sunday's 36-25 loss to Seattle, according to the New York Giants.

Snee will spend the night in a local hospital under observation for the concussion according to the team.

Long snapper Zak DeOssie also suffered a concussion in the loss and was replaced by backup center Jim Cordle. The Giants also said fullback Henry Hynoski suffered a "burner."

Snee, a Pro Bowl guard, is the team's best offensive lineman. It remains to be seen if Snee will be able to play against the Bills next Sunday.

The Giants already were without starting center David Baas, who sat out the game with a burner/neck injury.
