GM Sandy Alderson and crew have several decisions to make this offseason, all while working with a tight payroll. R.A. Dickey and David Wright seek extensions.

The outfield and bullpen need reconstruction. And Scott Hairston, Kelly Shoppach and others are due to be free agents.

What's your call? While we doubt the higher-ups in Mets management will take your suggestions -- especially on their own jobs (see bottom of page) -- it can't hurt to try.
