Independent of other results today, if the Jets hang on beat the Dolphins their chance of landing the first overall pick in next year's draft will drop from 38% (before kickoff) to 24%.

Odell Beckham just scored a TD and in his celebration appeared to walk like a dog and simulated going to the bathroom on the field.

Eagles rushing yards through 3 quarters: 135 yards. Giants so far this season: 121.

Words I never thought I write this season: Utter domination by the Jets.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

Frustration starting to show for Giants. Odell Beckham was visibly upset and needed calming after last INT. Landon Collins furious after TD made it 14-0 Eagles.

Dan Graziano ESPN Staff Writer

Awful play by Eli Apple there. Turn around, you have an interception. Giants in it deep now.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

The Eagles continue to sit on these short, quick passes. This one is tipped by the linebacker and intercepted for Manning's fourth INT of the season.

Rich Cimini ESPN Staff Writer

How 'bout them Jets? They succeeded on a trick play, throwing to Lawrence Thomas -- a defensive lineman playing fullback -- on a third-and-1. He caught it and rumbled for 15, setting up a touchdown. Maybe the Giants should trade for Thomas; they could use the spark.

It didn't work out for the Giants, but from a win probability perspective Ben McAdoo clearly made the correct decision to go for it on 4th-and-goal from the one-yard line near the end of the half. At the time of the choice, the Giants had a 30% chance to win if they went for it, but only a 25% chance to win if they elected to attempt a field goal. The Giants needed a 33% chance to convert for it to be worth going for it, and league average in that situation is 56.6%.

The Giants fail to score on two plays from the half-inch line. They have now scored one TD in 10 quarters this season.

Rich Cimini ESPN Staff Writer

The Jets played a terrific first half, looking nothing like a team that's supposed to go 0-16. Strong defense, big plays on offense. They've outgained the Dolphins, 221-49, for a 10-0. Hold the celebration, though. It's hard to imagine the Jets sustaining this for four quarters, so look for a tight finish.

Rich Cimini ESPN Staff Writer

Wait, what's happening here? The Jets have a 10-0 lead on the Dolphins. Frankly, the Dolphins look like the tanking team, not the Jets.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

The Eagles DBs are driving hard on every one of these short, quick passes. Giants are going to have to use some pump fakes or double moves to hit a big play.

Rich Cimini ESPN Staff Writer

Jets rookie S Jamal Adams is everywhere. He broke up a pass downfield, then sacked Jay Cutler on the next play. Clearly, he's a foundation player for the rebuilding Jets.

ESPN Stats and Information

The Jets have their first lead of the season. Only three teams -- the Browns, Bengals and Giants -- have not led at any point this season.

Rich Cimini ESPN Staff Writer

After getting embarrassed the first two weeks, the Jets' defense has come to play. They've held Miami to 40 total yards and two first downs. They're playing eight-man boxes, daring Jay Cutler to beat them.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

LeGarrette Blount tosses the ball at some Giants defenders after the TD. DRC followed him across the field and wasn't happy.

Dan Graziano ESPN Staff Writer

Alarming development for the Giants' defense, as the Eagles basically run it down their throats on an 18-play, 90-yard touchdown drive that covers 9:34. The Eagles ran it 14 times on that drive for 63 yards. Giants' run defense SHOULD be one of their advantages in this matchup.

Statement from Jets acting owner Christopher Johnson: "It was an honor and a privilege to stand arm-in-arm unified with our players during today's National Anthem. We are very proud of our players and their strong commitment to work in our community to make a positive, constructive, and unifying impact." No criticism of Donald Trump, who recently named Woody Johnson -- Christopher's older brother -- the US ambassador to the United Kingdom.

Rich Cimini ESPN Staff Writer

There was a lot of talking coming into this game about whether the home crowd would cheer for the Jets. Sounds weird, right? There's a faction of the fan base that wants them to lose so the team can get the top draft pick. So far, the crowd is into it. In fact, the Dolphins have three pre-snap penalties because of crowd noise. Who'da thunk it?

Dan Graziano ESPN Staff Writer

Giants winning the field position battle, and the defense looks fired up, but I have no idea what they were trying to do on that third-down run play.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

Orleans Darkwa in to start the second drive. He is clearly closing the gap on Paul Perkins, who didn't look great on the opening drive.

Jordan Raanan ESPN Staff Writer

Giants cornerbacks playing sides. Jenkins is not following Alston Jeffery.

Dan Graziano ESPN Staff Writer

Giants' offense up-tempo early, Eli Manning getting rid of ball quickly. Trying to keep Eagles from changing defensive personnel on them, and of course the quick releases are designed to help with protection. They moved the ball into Eagles territory but couldn't convert third-down throw to Odell Beckham.
