Noah Syndergaard, who was scratched a few days ago with a dead arm and sore biceps, has left his start today in the second inning after wincing in pain after two pitches to Bryce Harper, grabbing under his arm after the second pitch. He left trailing 5-2 and you have to wonder why the heck he was out there in the first place.

Yankees RF Aaron Judge swatted his 10th homer of the season on Saturday vs. the Orioles. Judge now has twice as many long balls as the player with the second-most for the Yankees this season (Starlin Castro, 5).

It was chaos at the top of the NHL draft lottery, with three teams - the Devils, Flyers and Stars - winning their way into the top three. New Jersey wins the lottery, moving up from five to No. 1 with Flyers picking second and Stars third. Devils will get first crack at Nico Hischier and Nolan Patrick, the two centers ranked at the top of the draft class. The Stars may be the biggest winners, adding a potential young star to a nucleus of Tyler Seguin, Jamie Benn and John Klingberg that is already playoff caliber.
