Shane Vereen's loss is a significant one for the Giants' offense. Ben McAdoo has a clearly defined role in the offense for him as the running back in the two-minute drill and on third downs. No other back on the roster offers what he does in terms of receiving and pass-protection ability. Orleans Darkwa likely gets a larger role, but not an equivalent one. Scheme changes likely will be necessary.

Ryan Fitzpatrick's no good, very bad day

The Chiefs' D caught two more of Fitzpatrick's passes than Brandon Marshall and Eric Decker combined on Sunday, taking one back for a TD. K.C. nearly had more INT return yards than Marshall and Decker had receiving yards.
