Jets WR Robby Anderson, one of the team's top young players, faces possible discipline under the league's personal conduct policy after being arrested for the second time in eight months. He's facing a total of three felony charges from the two arrests. There were off-the-field concerns about him when he came out of Temple in 2016, one of the reasons he wasn't drafted. Anderson is an ascending player with a high ceiling, but his maturity issues are a concern to the organization.
