Hue Jackson said he was not pleased to hear about Alvin Bailey's arrest for suspected OVI early Monday morning. He added that the team has to follow league protocols with Bailey, and the team "will do what is right." Will Bailey start at guard on Sunday. "We'll find that out on Sunday," Jackson said.

Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant has a hairline fracture of his right tibia but will not require surgery. It's not clear how much time he will miss but the Cowboys don't expect it to be long. Bryant suffered the injury in Sunday's win against the Chicago Bears. Brice Butler will likely move into the starting lineup. "I'm ready," Butler said.

On conference call with 49ers reporters, Dallas coach Jason Garrett says WR Dez Bryant has a hairline fracture in his knee: "Dez got his knee evaluated here the last few days," Garrett said. "He did not practice today and we're hopeful that he'll be able to play. We're taking the situation day by day, hopefully he can do something tomorrow. He has a slight hairline fracture in one of the bones of his knees. We don't think it's something that's going to keep him out for an extended period of time but again it's going to be a day by day, week by week situation."
