The Big Story for every NFL team

After a four-touchdown first half, Aaron Rodgers showed that he's back to his old self. A Russell Wilson injury, meanwhile, showed that the Seahawks could have issues.

Rookie safety Darian Thompson (foot) should be fine. It's not the dreaded Lisfranc injury. Should be back in couple weeks. Giants missed him. Allowed 4 plays of 20+ after none in first two weeks.

Sunday was the first time in the last 3 seasons that Antonio Brown had a 10 catch day and The Steelers lost. Had been 9-0 going back to 2014

With five defensive regulars out, the Packers used 12 players on defense who were either rookies or second-year players, yet they still held the Lions to just 50 yards rushing. Here's the full snap-count list on defense from Sunday's 34-27 win.

Davante Adams' playing time was cut significantly against the Lions. He played only 46 percent of the snaps after seeing the field for 84 percent in the first two weeks combined. Yet his production (two catches for 23 yards, one TD) was about the same. Trevor Davis (12 snaps), Aaron Ripkowski (11 before his back injury) and the tight ends saw their snap counts spike. However, Jared Abbrederis didn't play a single snap on offense. Here's the full-snap count list on offense from Sunday's 34-27 win.

Bucci Mane @Buccigross

31-point loss is largest loss for Steelers since Week 2 in 1989, 41-10 loss to Bengals. QB's in that game were Bubby Brister/Boomer Esiason

The Giants riding their front four hard. Not sure this is sustainable. JPP played 100% defensive snaps, Olivier Vernon 90%, Johnathan Hankins 87%, Damon Harrison 61%.

The Giants running back snaps: Shane Vereen 36, Orleans Darkwa 21, Bobby Rainey 8. Vereen's usage spiked slightly with Rashad Jennings sidelined. So did his touches (16). Would've probably been more if not for fumble.

Where Marcus Mariota passes came down on Sunday vs. the Raiders. Still nothing deep and no connections on the boundaries.

I love it when a star isn't "too cool" to still be a fan! Dabo Swinney told me a hilarious story about meeting Pitt/Dallas Cowboys legend Tony Dorsett: He was at the ACC awards dinner and sees Dorsett. Freaks. "That's TONY DORSETT. I ain't leavin' here til I meet him! "Here I'm about to accept ACC Coach of the Year and I'm all super fan over here." Suddenly, here comes Dorsett, says... "I HAVE to get a picture with you. My agent will die!" Dorsett's agent? A Clemson grad. And then this showed up in the mail.

The last time Panthers wide receiver Kelvin Benjamin went without a catch before Sunday's loss to Minnesota was his 2012 season at Florida State when he didn't have a target or a catch against South Florida in Week 5. His worst game statistically in the NFL prior to having no catches on one target on Sunday was the final week of his 2014 rookie season. He had one catch on five targets for nine yards against Atlanta.
