The NFL Countdown crew took turns kicking field goals before Monday night's Texans-Broncos game, and it was apparent that Randy Moss was much better than the rest of the group.

DeAndre Hopkins said he thought Brock Osweiler handled his return to Denver well. "On the sideline he was composed the whole time and on the field," Hopkins said. "We never saw him get rattled."

Broncos head coach Gary Kubiak had nice things to say about Brock Osweiler after the game. "He's a great kid," Kubiak said. "I talked to him after the game … This team thinks the world of him, these guys were in the same locker room with him for a long time. We won a championship with him, (leaving) is part of football."

A return did matter Monday night for the Broncos and it was Gary Kubiak's. After a week away from the team, per doctors' orders, Kubiak demanded in recent days the Broncos fix the little things and play with more fire. They did all that in a 27-9 win over the Houston Texans Monday night.
