For the second week, the only players officially not dressing for today's game are the three on the PUP list - DE J.J. Watt, T Duane Brown and S Lonnie Ballentine. During the preseason there is no need to get down to smaller number of active players, so there will still be Texans who don't play who are not on this list.

The 49ers made three more roster moves Sunday as they move closer to the league-mandated limit of 75 by Tuesday. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the Niners dealt OL Brandon Thomas to the Detroit Lions for WR Jeremy Kerley. Kerley gives the Niners some depth at receiver and a potential replacement in the slot if Bruce Ellington's hamstring injury turns out to be serious. The 49ers also released OL Erik Pears and TE Busta Anderson. They now stand at 77 players on the roster and need to make two more moves before Tuesday's deadline.
