Asked about the job Snead has done as GM, Fisher said: "I look at this as being my responsibility, the win-loss record. We need to do a better job from a personnel standpoint. We've had some unfortunate things take place with some high picks in Steadman Bailey and Tre Mason and those kind of things you don't anticipate. But we're moving forward."

Another terse exchange between Racquel Smith and the defense attorney for her husband's shooter, Cardell Hayes. The attorney, John Fuller, asked if her husband has a temper. She said, "It depends on what you consider a temper. I think everyone gets upset." He then asks if she thinks her husband had what she considers a temper. She said, "Do you have a temper? I think everyone gets upset." And Fuller replied that he asks the questions. She then replied that no she did not think Smith had a temper.

According to sources, the NFL has informed the Cowboys Randy Gregory will not be allowed to practice on Wednesday. There had been hope the defensive end, who is suspended through Dec. 18, could begin to practice before the penalty ends in hopes of getting close to game ready for the final two games of the regular season.
