Research Notes

  • The Giants hurt themselves with 4 turnovers, 2 drops and 6 penalties resulting in 1st downs for the Cardinals Sunday. The Giants have the most turnovers in the NFL this season, and have yet to force one.

  • New offensive coordinator Ben McAdoo has emphasized efficiency in the passing game, installing an offense that limits Eli Manning's deep attempts. Manning's performance on deep passes so far has justified the strategy, including Sunday's loss to the Cardinals (2-for-9 for 50 yards and an interception).
